Part‑Time Retail Supervisor – Cypress, TX

About the role

Levi's® is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Supervisor to support store operations at the Houston Premium Outlets in Cypress, TX. You will work closely with management to ensure smooth daily activities, uphold brand standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed daily store sales and performance goals.
• Model sales performance and coach retail associates.
• Provide product knowledge training to all team members.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and perform bank deposits.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and retail experience.
• At least 1 year of experience directing the work of others.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and train sales associates.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
