Seasonal Store Sales Associate – Retail (Chicago)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking enthusiastic seasonal sales associates to join the Wicker Park store in Chicago during the busy holiday period. You will work closely with the Store Manager and a dynamic team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting guests and offering assistance.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual presentation standards, replenishing merchandise, and performing general housekeeping.
• Assist customers at the register, including bagging purchases.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to keep the store running smoothly.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts (e.g., Black Friday).
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation to the Chicago location.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
