Seasonal Store Sales Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an enthusiastic seasonal sales associate to help drive store productivity during the busy holiday period at the Waikele Premium Outlets in Waipahu, HI. You will work closely with the Store Manager and a dynamic team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high‑volume periods.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting and assisting shoppers.
• Maintain store appearance by following visual presentation standards, replenishing merchandise, and performing general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging purchases at the register.
• Follow all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and directives from management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts (e.g., Black Friday).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
