Seasonal Sales Stylist – Santa Monica

About the role

Join Beyond Yoga as a Seasonal Sales Stylist for the holiday period at the Third Street Promenade location. You will represent the brand, provide exceptional customer service, and help achieve daily sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and create an authentic, service‑oriented environment.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets each day.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while following store policies.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and partner with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Maintain visual standards, store appearance, and safety/loss‑prevention procedures.

Required profile

• Enjoy fast‑paced, multitask environments and can work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, able to learn new tools and adapt to initiatives.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lb and performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching.
• Reliable transportation and high school diploma or GED preferred.
