Seasonal Sales Associate – Holiday Boutique

About the role

Join Nespresso for the holiday season as a part‑time Seasonal Sales Associate (up to 19 hours per week). You’ll be the welcoming face of the boutique, greeting customers, offering complimentary coffee tastings and supporting boutique operations to create memorable coffee moments.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique by providing exceptional service.
• Share Nespresso’s sustainability mission and recycling initiatives.
• Guide customers through coffee tastings and help them find their perfect match.
• Manage digital systems and point‑of‑sale software.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive boutique environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, luxury retail setting.
• Availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours through January 2027.
