Part‑Time Retail Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi's® is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor to support store management in achieving iconic status at Westfield Topanga Mall. You will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and maintain the brand’s heritage while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established performance goals.
• Model and train customer service behaviors to achieve KPI targets such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and coach team members on product features.
• Control expenses, manage controllable costs, and follow loss‑prevention programs.
• Execute flawless visual presentation and store housekeeping standards.
• Assist in training, retaining, and developing store staff in LS&CO selling practices.
• Assume store responsibility in the absence of a manager, following pre‑established guidelines.
