About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Production Assistant to work full‑time during our busy holiday season, handling custom monogram orders. The role involves removing pockets from garments of various fabrics while preserving product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous quality checks.
Key responsibilities
- Perform exceptional quality control of products before and during production.
- Achieve reasonable production output based on a daily mix of garment styles.
- Balance multiple projects without sacrificing efficiency.
- Use seam rippers, rulers, pins, and other sewing equipment with precise attention to detail.
Required profile
- Previous experience in high‑capacity production environments.
- Effective written and verbal communication with team members.
- Ability to work with multiple fabric types and patterns.
- Detail‑oriented, meticulous, and dependable.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work unsupervised.
