Seasonal Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Seasonal Maintenance Supervisor is a full‑time, temporary position supporting Greystar’s community through December 31 2026. The role leads maintenance operations to ensure the interior and exterior of the community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair resident service requests and routine upkeep in accordance with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and common areas.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ordering as needed within budget guidelines.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance tasks and conduct safety meetings, keeping MSDS sheets current and adhering to OSHA regulations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to respond promptly to resident concerns.
• Experience maintaining inventory and controlling costs through repair rather than replacement.

• Technical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

• Safety compliance (OSHA, MSDS handling).

What we offer

• Hourly wage $34.00 – $37.00.
