About the role

Join the Anheuser‑Busch Brewery Experience at the Biergarten in St. Louis as a Seasonal Line Cook. You will work alongside an executive chef and sous chef, preparing food for a high‑volume dining environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food according to food‑handler guidelines and label/date items for rotation.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace and ensure safe operation of kitchen equipment.
• Follow safety and security protocols, reporting any concerns immediately to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
• Adapt to flexible job responsibilities, multitask, and assist with additional duties as directed.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a high‑volume dining environment preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fast‑paced team setting.
