Seasonal Guest Operations Associate – Brewery Lights

About the role

The Guest Operations team plays a key role in delivering a positive experience for all attendees during Brewery Lights. This seasonal, part‑time position involves welcoming guests, managing check‑ins, and ensuring smooth event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Manage guest check‑in utilizing an online registration platform.
• Distribute pre‑purchased add‑ons.
• Monitor guest lines and assist guests with any questions to provide a memorable experience.
• Operate the train in the kids’ zone through the approved route and assist guests with boarding.
• Provide excellent guest service for a memorable experience.
• Responsibly serve beverages to guests.
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be comfortable working with the public.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to stand, lift, walk, and carry during the shift.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
