Seasonal Floor Staff – Part-Time (Tasting Room)

About the role

Join Cutwater Spirits' vibrant tasting room team in San Diego as a Seasonal Floor Staff member. You will create memorable experiences for guests by guiding them through the tasting room, recommending drinks, and delivering food and beverages. This part‑time, seasonal role runs until December 30 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer initial questions.
• Take orders, enter them into the POS system, and process payments.
• Deliver food and drinks, clear tables, and perform busser duties.
• Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and resolve guest complaints.
• Maintain stocked server stations with tableware, napkins, and condiments.
• Share the story of Cutwater Spirits and promote retail purchases.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in food service.
• Ability to obtain a food‑handler’s license within 30 days.
• Outgoing, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible nights and weekends.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Food handling procedures.
