About the role
Moultrie is looking for an energetic, goal‑oriented Seasonal Customer Success Representative to deliver proactive support to its subscriber community. The role is remote‑first, with the majority of interactions handled by phone.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and other channels as needed.
- Become an expert in the Moultrie product suite and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Maintain quality ratings by following procedures and acting in customers’ best interests.
- Record all interactions in the company CRM system.
- Meet department goals and metrics, and refer complex issues to technical teams.
- Analyze service needs and provide routine problem resolution.
- Maintain consistent attendance with minimal tardiness.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 + years of customer service experience.
- Comfortable managing phone and messaging queues.
- Remote experience handling technical troubleshooting preferred.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
