Seasonal Concierge - ICON

About the role

The Concierge at ICON in Plainsboro, New Jersey organizes, coordinates and implements resident services and programs and acts as an information source for residents. The role works closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to make the sales and move-in processes more effective and efficient, and helps the community sales team meet year-end occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals. It is a seasonal, temporary position with an expected end date of January 31, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents entering the office/leasing area and look after visitors while they wait.
• Answer phone calls, route them to the right team member and help with completed service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule so suites are paid for and clean on arrival, and manage the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.
• Make sure clubhouse amenities are ready before the leasing office opens each morning.
• Manage package deliveries by recording arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Keep tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning and other community services.
• Help the community team plan and organize resident activities and programs.
• Maintain information on local restaurants, shops and delivery places and keep in touch with concierge vendors.

What we offer

• Hourly pay of $20.00 - $23.00, depending on experience, skills and location.
• Possible bonus programs: quarterly or annual for corporate positions, weekly, monthly or quarterly for onsite property positions.
