Search Manager - SEO, AEO and Generative Discovery

About the role

Canyon Ranch is looking for a Search Manager to lead SEO, AEO and generative AI discovery initiatives. You will shape how our wellness content is found across traditional search, voice assistants and AI‑driven platforms, driving organic growth and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies to increase qualified organic traffic and AI‑generated visibility.
• Optimize site content for Google search, voice search and generative AI results.
• Analyze keyword intent, SERP trends and user behavior to inform content creation.
• Partner with content, brand and digital teams to improve search performance.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and conversions using analytics platforms.
• Test, refine and scale on‑page, technical and schema‑based SEO improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, AEO and organic search growth.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz or Screaming Frog.
• Ability to optimize content within CMS platforms (WordPress, AEM or similar).
• Knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals including schema markup, page speed and indexing.
• Strong analytical skills with keyword research, rank tracking and crawl diagnostics.
• Collaboration experience using project‑management and data‑visualisation tools (Jira, Asana, Looker).
