Senior Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

Youtech is looking for a Senior Search Engine Optimization Specialist to lead and enhance our clients' organic search performance. This full‑time, on‑site position will work closely with the digital marketing team to develop data‑driven SEO strategies that boost visibility and drive qualified traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies and campaign configurations to achieve organic growth.
• Utilize Google and Bing tools—including Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Optimize, My Business, and Bing Places—to monitor, analyze, and improve performance.
• Design and execute local and long‑tail search tactics to increase targeted visibility.
• Produce regular, detailed reports on search metrics for project managers and senior leadership.
• Create and manage an innovative link‑building plan for new and recurring clients.
• Define requirements, tasks, and resources needed for successful SEO implementation.
• Oversee execution of SEO initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest SEO, search engine, and internet marketing trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience in senior‑level SEO roles.
