Scrum Master - Release Engineer

About the role

Infosys Digital Experience is seeking a Scrum Master / Release Engineer to join its Chicago team. You will work on end‑to‑end software delivery, bridging business requirements with technical implementation while ensuring high‑quality releases in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during elicitation sessions.
• Facilitate design discussions and capture architectural decisions for development teams.
• Develop, integrate, and test new features while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and apply necessary changes.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyze outcomes, and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth roll‑outs.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain comprehensive records of code, testing methods, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience handling full SDLC phases from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding.
• Proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and application refinement.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams on software integration.
