Senior Product Owner / Scrum Master

About the role

Ontrac Solutions is looking for a Senior Product Owner / Scrum Master to lead a multi‑team program delivering a Google Cloud Platform application. The role combines product ownership – defining vision, roadmap and backlog – with Scrum Master responsibilities, ensuring smooth delivery in a fully remote, on‑shore setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap and release plans aligned with customer priorities.
• Own the product backlog end‑to‑end: write user stories, set acceptance criteria and keep it refined.
• Prioritise work balancing scope, budget and timelines, including defect resolution.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) and coach teams toward self‑organisation.
• Identify and remove impediments to keep sprints and releases on track.
• Collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to align delivery with approval cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master in complex, multi‑team environments.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to work fully remote while being located in the United States.
• Experience delivering software on Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
