Scrum Master – Release Engineer (Chicago)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Scrum Master and Release Engineer to join its Digital Experience (DX) unit in Chicago. The role blends agile facilitation, DevOps practices, and change‑management expertise to deliver high‑quality software solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements and design decisions for software projects.
• Participate in coding, integrate new features, and maintain system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Develop user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques, and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Ability to handle end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Hands‑on coding experience with a proactive approach to testing and troubleshooting.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams on software integration.
