Infosys is seeking a Scrum Master to join its Insurance unit in Hartford, CT. You will work on innovative digital and AI‑driven solutions for the insurance sector, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and work with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations, draft standard operating procedures, and create workflow documentation.
• Research third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation activities, address issues during setup and integration, and support the development and maintenance of SOPs to ensure system stability post‑implementation.
