Scheduling Coordinator – HVAC Installations

About the role

The HVAC Installation Scheduling Coordinator keeps residential installations on track from sale to completion. You will coordinate customers, installers, sales, logistics, and leadership while solving problems and ensuring details are managed.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage daily HVAC installation schedules.
• Communicate with customers to resolve scheduling or installation concerns.
• Coordinate with installers, supervisors, sales, logistics, and support teams.
• Manage customer records, paperwork, permits, and payments.
• Assist with installer schedules, time‑off requests, Saturday availability, and payroll verification.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling and operational processes.
• Participate in an after‑hours on‑call rotation (approximately one week every two months).
