SAP Project Manager / Scrum Master

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager who will also act as Scrum Master. The role supports clients across the United States, with the flexibility to work remotely or from Bridgewater, NJ.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and provide recommendations.
• Plan and execute SAP configuration activities, conduct conference‑room pilots, and resolve design‑related queries.
• Lead solution demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure clients receive value‑adding consulting solutions.
• Drive Agile ceremonies: daily Scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience per year of education).
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years as an SAP Scrum Master.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed.

Required skills

• SAP configuration and rollout experience.
• Scrum Master expertise: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.
• Product backlog management and user‑story sizing.
• Agile methodology and facilitation of cross‑functional teams.
• Proof‑of‑Concept (POC) and technology demonstration skills.
