About the role

Infosys is seeking an SAP MDG Consultant to join its Life Sciences unit in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on delivering advanced master data governance solutions on SAP S/4HANA, supporting healthcare and pharmaceutical clients with innovative digital transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and draft requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced customizations on the ERP platform and collaborate with development teams.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows connecting the ERP system with external applications.
• Lead large‑scale data migration strategies ensuring data integrity.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability and user experience.
• Lead compliance initiatives and security audits.
• Produce detailed documentation and conduct training workshops for various user groups.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in ERP systems, architecture and advanced customization techniques.
• Proven ability to design complex integration solutions and manage large‑scale data migrations.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a strategic mindset aligning technical solutions with business goals.
• Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols and performance optimization.
