SAP BTP Developer – Buffalo, NY

About the role

Infosys is looking for a SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Developer to join its Manufacturing unit in Buffalo, NY. You will work on innovative digital solutions for clients in automotive, aerospace, defense and industrial manufacturing, helping them modernize ERP landscapes and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and validate specifications against ERP capabilities.
• Assist in solution architecture and customize SAP modules and BTP services to meet detailed business needs.
• Develop, integrate and maintain new features in existing applications, perform code reviews and ensure code stability.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes and support system integration to guarantee seamless data flow.
• Monitor ERP performance, identify enhancement opportunities and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Document customizations thoroughly and deliver user training for effective knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Experience working in complex SAP environments.
• At least two full‑lifecycle S/4HANA BTP migration or conversion projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, integration techniques and manufacturing sector nuances.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
