Sanctions Compliance Manager

About the role

As the Sanctions Compliance Manager you will be the authoritative guide on national sanctions programs, ensuring Bosch’s full compliance with all applicable regulations. You will work within the Export Control and Sanctions team, shaping global standards and collaborating with colleagues worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global risk and define governance requirements for embargoes, sanctions, SPL screening, geoblocking and related compliance measures.
• Monitor legal developments (e.g., OFAC notices) and assess their impact on Bosch’s global operations.
• Support the design and evolution of the re‑export control law process, focusing on U.S. regulations.
• Conduct export audits and health checks, and analyse risk‑indicator data.
• Serve as the primary contact for business units, central departments and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of global sanctions compliance experience, including U.S. OFAC regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Internal audit experience and a continuous learning mindset.
