Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer – Addison, TX

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to join its Digital Experience unit in Addison, Texas. You will help design, develop, customize and integrate SFMC solutions that enable personalized customer journeys across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for marketing automation projects.
• Participate in solution design discussions and create technical specifications.
• Develop, test, and deploy SFMC components, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain version control, and ensure code quality.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and resolve defects.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support for new applications.
• Assist in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Experience across the full SDLC from requirements to implementation.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Hands‑on coding experience and a proactive testing mindset.
• Comfort working with cross‑functional teams on software integration.
