Salesforce Consultant – Litify Success Accelerator Program

About the role

Litify is looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join its Customer Success team and support the Litify Success Accelerator Program (LSAP). You will work closely with a small group of legal‑tech customers, helping them configure and optimize their Salesforce environments to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Make declarative changes in customer Salesforce orgs, following QA and launch procedures.
• Partner with customers to design solutions that boost user efficiency and streamline business processes.
• Coordinate with Support Engineers to troubleshoot configuration impacts or errors.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to define future‑state visions for client organizations.
• Perform standard admin tasks such as user, profile, role setup, and report/dashboard configuration.
• Build time‑saving automations using Salesforce Flows.
• Provide best‑practice guidance and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Communicate promptly and resolve requests within defined SLAs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform as an admin, consultant, or IT leader.
• 1+ years of hands‑on experience building Salesforce automations, especially record‑triggered Flows.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to seek guidance when needed.
• Ability to work independently with a small set of customers while collaborating cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise.
• Salesforce Flow development (record‑triggered flows, collections, loops).
• Lightning component configuration (including third‑party components).
• Standard Salesforce admin functions (users, profiles, roles, reports, dashboards).
