About the role
This position focuses on building scalable, high‑impact learning experiences for sales professionals across multiple business units. You will design and implement structured onboarding and continuous development programs that enable sales teams to succeed from day one and grow throughout their careers.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage scalable training programs supporting sales onboarding and ongoing development.
- Create role‑based learning frameworks that define training content, timing, and delivery methods.
- Translate technical, operational, and product knowledge into clear, accessible training materials.
- Develop repeatable tools, templates, and processes to standardize training creation and delivery.
- Maintain a centralized training roadmap aligned with evolving business priorities.
- Establish an intake process for new training requests and prioritize initiatives effectively.
- Identify gaps in onboarding and training coverage and propose scalable improvements.
- Partner with sales leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between training and business objectives.
- Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for diverse audiences as needed.
Required profile
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in training, sales enablement, program management, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or equivalent experience.
- Strong ability to design programs, frameworks, and structured learning processes from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, confident presenting to both small and large groups.
- Ability to simplify complex or technical information into clear learning content.
- Strong organizational and project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating across diverse teams and aligning different perspectives.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
