About the role

Join the PUMA store team as a Retail Sales Associate, delivering high‑quality customer experiences while representing a leading sportswear brand. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, helping shoppers find the right products and ensuring the store meets its sales and service goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high‑standard customer service aligned with PUMA’s brand values.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability objectives.
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout quickly and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product presentation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise, assist with stock management and inventory counts.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant shopping environment.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail or related experience (preferred).
• Strong team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic retail setting.
• Physical ability to walk continuously and lift/push/pull up to 30 lb.
