Sales Specialist – Leasing & Resident Services

About the role

Sentral is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to lead leasing activities and ensure residents feel valued from first contact through their tenancy. This on‑site position focuses on minimizing vacancy loss by quickly leasing available homes while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily leasing operations, including advertising available homes, conducting property tours, and processing lease applications.
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records in the property management software and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Handle rent payments, security deposits, and related fees while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and local regulations.
• Provide a welcoming experience for new residents and guests, supporting the Experience team as needed.
• Assist with office management tasks, market surveys, and competitive community analysis.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• At least one year of customer‑service or apartment‑leasing experience.
• Strong attention to detail, sales ability, and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using property management software.
• Effective use of email and other digital communication tools.
