Sales & Service Banker – Flagship Manhattan

About the role

Join Santander’s flagship Manhattan branch as a Sales and Service Banker. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long‑lasting relationships while delivering tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized banking, lending, and investment advice to meet customers’ financial goals.
• Process teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate partners.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self‑service options.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets and overall performance.
• Maintain cash drawer balances and handle cash securely.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management, and fraud prevention.
• Assist with custodial duties, audits, and other operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for in‑person, phone, and digital interactions.
• Ability to deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience.
• Experience handling teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, risk, and fraud‑defense practices.
