Sales Representative - Off Premise (Wine)

About the role

Join breakthru’s dynamic sales team as an Off‑Premise Wine Sales Representative. You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with retail accounts, promoting supplier brands, and delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and follow an efficient daily route to visit assigned accounts.
• Conduct account visits, identify sales opportunities, and complete required surveys.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage wine‑list placements and promotions.
• Maintain product inventory on shelves where legally permissible and restock as needed.
• Provide brand education through staff training seminars.
• Process credits, returns, and manage receivables in a timely manner.
• Address customer issues, coordinate deliveries in extenuating circumstances, and refer escalations to management.
• Achieve sales, distribution, and merchandising targets for supplier brands.
• Monitor inventory levels, alert management to stock fluctuations, and support new account openings.

Required profile

• Current associate with a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Strong passion for customer service and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving sales environment and meet performance goals.
