Sales Representative – Marathon County Area

About the role

We are seeking a driven, new‑business‑focused Sales Representative to grow our presence across out‑state Wisconsin. Your primary focus will be identifying, prospecting, and winning new accounts in Lincoln, Portage, and Marathon Counties, selling our full portfolio of wine and spirits to on‑ and off‑premise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service accounts on an efficient daily route, conduct surveys, and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage product placement, drink lists, and promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and provide training on priority brands.
• Achieve sales, volume, and merchandising objectives by tracking pricing, purchase history, and inventory trends.
• Collect payments, process credits/returns, and support new account openings in collaboration with the Field Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation and auto‑insurance proof.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using presentation software for sales pitches.

What we offer

• Base salary of $50,000 per year with up to $10,000 annual bonus and $10,000 incentives.
