Sales Representative – Independent Retail (Los Angeles South)

About the role

We are experts in the beer, wine and spirits industry seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow account relationships in Los Angeles South. You will drive to customer locations, present supplier brands, and help achieve sales and merchandising goals while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts on a daily route, conduct sales presentations, and manage product placement, promotions, and inventory.
• Maintain account compliance, process credits and returns, and handle customer issues promptly.
• Achieve distribution, volume, and activity targets for supplier brands and collect payments where legally permissible.
• Support new account openings, develop opening orders, and participate in sales blitzes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in sales.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic PC operation and presentation software usage.

What we offer

• Base salary plus uncapped commission; total earnings $75k‑$100k+.
