Sales Representative – Clark County Area

About the role

We’re looking for driven, new‑business‑focused Sales Representatives to grow our presence across out‑state Wisconsin. Your primary focus will be identifying, prospecting and winning new accounts in Clark, Wood and Juneau Counties, selling a full portfolio of wine and spirits to on‑ and off‑premise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service accounts on an efficient daily route, conducting surveys and ensuring compliance.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage shelf inventory where permitted.
• Educate staff on priority brands through training seminars.
• Collect payments, process credits, and handle customer issues responsibly.
• Achieve sales, distribution and volume targets set by management.
• Support new account openings and collaborate on opening orders with the Field Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Results‑oriented with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation with insurance.
