Sales Representative – Chippewa County Area

About the role

We’re looking for driven, new‑business‑focused Sales Representatives to help grow our presence across out‑state Wisconsin. Your #1 focus will be identifying, prospecting and winning new accounts in the Rusk/Chippewa County territory.

Key responsibilities

• Call on accounts, create efficient routing patterns, analyze each account for opportunities and ensure compliance.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, manage product placement, and maintain inventory levels on‑premise.
• Educate account staff on priority brands through training seminars and handle customer issues.
• Manage receivables, collect payments where permissible, and support new account openings with opening orders.
• Achieve sales, distribution and volume targets while maximizing brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using presentation software.
