Sales Representative – Brown County Area

About the role

We’re looking for driven, new‑business‑focused Sales Representatives to grow our presence across out‑state Wisconsin. Your primary focus will be identifying, prospecting and winning new accounts in the Brown and Oconto Counties.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and service accounts on a daily route, conducting surveys and ensuring compliance.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, and manage back‑bar placements and promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves where permitted, and provide staff training on priority brands.
• Collect payments, process credits/returns, and manage receivables.
• Achieve sales, volume, and distribution targets for supplier brands.
• Support new account openings and participate in sales blitzes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong PC proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have reliable transportation with insurance.

What we offer

• Base salary of $50,000 per year.
• Annual bonus potential of $10,000 and incentives of $10,000.
