Sales Representative – Beverage Industry

About the role

Sales Representatives own their sales route and work to grow market share across all segments by leveraging the company’s extensive portfolio. You will engage consumers at the point of sale, manage shelf assortment, and create compelling displays for retail accounts. This role offers a clear path for merit‑based promotion and career growth within a global beverage leader.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, monitor pricing, and manage shelf space.
• Build business relationships and deliver professional sales presentations using data and sell sheets.
• Increase shelf space for Anheuser‑Busch products and introduce new brands when appropriate.
• Maintain product freshness standards by monitoring and rotating stock.
• Negotiate agreements, close sales, and resolve credit issues with the credit department.
• Gather market and customer information, provide feedback on buying trends, and participate in new product launch events.

Required profile

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required; no degree required for this position.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years of warehouse, delivery, sales, or merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
