Sales Operations Manager, Enablement

About the role

Scribe is looking for a Sales Operations Manager, Enablement to own and standardize the day‑to‑day workflows of all GTM roles, including AEs, BDRs, CSMs and SEs. You will map current processes, redesign broken parts, and create tools that let managers monitor adoption while accelerating new‑hire onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Map the complete day‑in‑the‑life workflow for every GTM role and ensure it is accessible to reps.
• Design task queues, reporting experiences and a manager inspection layer for consistent execution.
• Run end‑to‑end new‑hire onboarding cohorts, from system logins to ramp milestones.
• Own change adoption when pricing, packaging, processes or tooling shift.
• Re‑architect broken workflows and provide precise specifications for GTM systems.
• Lead front‑line user support, using Scribe Capture and Optimize to identify pain points.

Required profile

• Experience as a stakeholder or program owner on at least one CRM or systems implementation in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to diagnose broken workflows and design concrete fixes rather than merely documenting the status quo.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems sufficient to brief engineering teams.
• Track record of running onboarding or training cohorts end‑to‑end, coordinating contributors without direct reporting lines.
• Comfort presenting training sessions and office hours to large groups of field reps.
