Sales Manager, Commercial Claims

About the role

The Commercial Claims Manager leads, coaches, and develops a team of Commercial Claims Account Managers to acquire, grow, and retain revenue within Commercial Property & Casualty insurance carrier accounts. This senior sales role is accountable for meeting team sales objectives, driving strategic account growth, and maintaining direct engagement with key customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Claims Account Managers to achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets.
• Drive execution of strategic account plans to expand relationships within Commercial Property & Casualty insurance carrier claims organizations.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipeline health, territory planning, and performance metrics for the team.
• Participate in customer meetings, sales opportunities, contract negotiations, and executive‑level relationship management.
• Directly manage customer accounts during vacancies, onboarding, or territory realignment.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Sales Support, and Solution Specialist teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of revenue growth and strategic customer relationship management.
• Commercial Property & Casualty insurance industry experience.
• Prior experience selling data, analytics, SaaS, workflow, or technology solutions (preferred).
• People‑leadership experience with responsibility for coaching and developing sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance claims processes, workflows, and operational challenges.
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
