About the role
The Sales & Lifestyle Consultant drives occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for the Album Matthews community. Combining sales, leasing, and event programming, the role creates a vibrant living experience that attracts new residents and keeps current ones engaged.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, tour, and lease apartment units to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Process applications, conduct screenings, prepare leases, and coordinate move‑ins.
- Maintain prospect data in CRM systems (Entrata, Hyly) and track all follow‑up activities.
- Monitor market trends, assist in marketing strategy development, and execute creative outreach.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute 2–5 daily social, cultural, and wellness events, managing setup, breakdown, and supplies.
- Maintain a monthly event calendar, community newsletter, and marketing materials.
- Support lease renewals by communicating with residents and finalizing renewal documents.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for enhancing resident experience.
