About the role
The Sales / Leasing Consultant will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Everleigh Palm Desert, a 55+ active‑adult community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with professionalism and a deep understanding of the community’s lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
- Collect and record pertinent information from prospective residents at move‑in.
- Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply property policies on concessions and specials.
- Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach to drive traffic.
- Utilize CRM tools, manage leads, and analyze data to support leasing performance.
- Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
Required profile
- Professionalism and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to understand and communicate the community’s lifestyle offering.
- Experience guiding prospects through the leasing process.
