Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Epidemic Sound, you will help expand the company’s presence across the North American market. Working from our Los Angeles office, you will be the first point of contact for high‑value enterprise prospects, driving outbound pipeline growth and supporting regional revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Research and map key decision‑makers within target enterprise accounts.
• Execute multi‑channel outbound prospecting through cold calls, personalized emails, and professional networking platforms.
• Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations to schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and Account Executives to craft regional messaging and optimise pipeline generation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or high‑volume outbound roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or media.
• Proven track record of meeting outreach and pipeline qualification targets.
• Experience working in AI‑forward environments and using AI tools to automate prospecting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Resilient, organised self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven team.
