Sales Development Representative – On‑Premise Beer

About the role

This full‑time position offers an entry‑level sales career focused on on‑premise beer accounts. The role rotates across multiple territories, giving exposure to diverse market environments while building relationships with bar, restaurant and venue owners.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts, establish efficient routing patterns, and maintain daily call schedules.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, display ideas, cold‑box, shelf and back‑bar placements, and manage promotions.
• Take inventory, restock shelves where legally permitted, and ensure optimal brand visibility using point‑of‑sale materials.
• Collect payments or deliver remittances in jurisdictions where allowed.
• Conduct staff training seminars to educate account personnel on brand portfolios.
• Handle customer issues, provide product deliveries in extenuating circumstances, and refer escalations to management.
• Analyze pricing, product programming, and buying patterns to meet monthly sales and merchandising objectives.
• Support the merchandising team during peak periods and assist with brand execution in the market.

Required profile
