Reset Associate – Store Reset & Market Support

About the role

We are looking for a Reset Associate to support store reset initiatives and market data collection for Breakthru Beverage. The role involves executing category‑driven store resets, gathering field information and assisting merchandising teams to reinforce our position as a preferred partner.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute store resets in line with category and store initiatives, coordinating with store staff and ensuring timelines are met.
• Validate completed reset work, document results and report any issues.
• Conduct store scans, map layouts and capture product, display and shopper observation data.
• Complete retail and on‑premise surveys using approved tools and compile tracking reports.
• Support merchandising execution with local teams and ensure category plans are implemented.
• Maintain safe interactions with the public while handling beverage alcohol products.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to travel out‑of‑town or overnight as needed.
• Basic computer proficiency with MS Office.
