Sales Development Representative

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at Rundoo, you will own the top of the sales funnel, conducting outbound calls and emails to independent paint, hardware, and farm & feed stores across the country. You will generate qualified demos and build the pipeline that fuels our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities each month through high‑volume outbound calling and email outreach.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers in the home‑improvement retail space, qualifying leads based on needs and conversion potential.
• Schedule and conduct product demo meetings to showcase Rundoo’s solutions.
• Nurture prospect relationships with timely follow‑up communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 0‑2 years experience in a Business Development Representative or similar B2B sales role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle rejection while staying goal‑focused.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to meet and exceed performance targets.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar.

• Base salary $60,000 per year plus commission, OTE up to $92,400.
