Sales Coordinator – Remote (California)

About the role

The Sales Coordinator supports Kuraray America’s Dental Division by delivering administrative, customer, and sales assistance to accelerate business growth and enhance sales effectiveness. Working remotely from California, you will act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and assist with customer engagement throughout the sales process.
• Identify business opportunities, prospect potential customers, and follow up on sales leads.
• Respond to dentist and dealer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate product information.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Collect, organize, and input data into spreadsheets for reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Process sample requests, coordinate product shipments, and arrange logistics for trade shows and technical events.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and product materials.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns using Salesforce or related tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
