Sales Consultant (Lease-up)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to lead lease‑up activities for the Sylvan Woods Westchester community in Buchanan, NY. In this position you will drive marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the property’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, conducting tours and presenting leasing options.
• Process applications, negotiate lease terms, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident concerns and improve retention.
• Track and report leasing metrics, providing insights to senior leadership.
