Sales Closer – High‑Ticket Home Improvement Sales

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a full‑time Outside Sales Representative to meet pre‑qualified homeowners, deliver in‑home presentations, recommend home‑improvement solutions, and close high‑ticket sales. The position operates on a hybrid schedule based in Columbia, SC.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2‑3 qualified customers daily, typically 8‑12 appointments per week.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships and follow up post‑sale.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 minute drive radius).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, competitive mindset with weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.
