About the role

As a Sales and Service Banker at Santander’s Chickering Road branch, you will act as a trusted financial advisor, building lasting relationships with customers in North Andover. The role blends front‑line teller duties with proactive sales, helping clients meet their banking, lending and investment goals while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Process teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and cash handling.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and recommend appropriate banking, lending and investment products.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and encourage self‑service adoption.
• Maintain cash drawer balances and support custodial, audit and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to achieve sales targets and overall branch performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑fraud policies.
• Provide timely resolutions to customer concerns, fostering loyalty and a high‑quality experience.
