Sales Advisor – SoHo Store

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a full‑time Sales Advisor (Stylist) for its SoHo boutique. You will act as the brand’s ambassador, delivering personalized fashion advice and driving sales both in‑store and digitally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class, one‑to‑one service to customers in the store and online.
• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Develop deep product and fashion knowledge to offer expert styling.
• Build and maintain a client book through proactive outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Support daily operations such as inventory management, online order fulfillment, and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in fashion, styling, or retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a goal‑driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, engaging attitude.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and retail holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lb, and operate POS equipment.
• Comfortable selling both in‑store and virtually using technology.
